I am a simple-minded creature when it comes to my 5 favourite indulgences, there is no doubt about that.
What are these? They all begin with the letter C (excluding Corn (popcorn) and Cheese for this one, cos they're not as indulgent to me, I guess. Oh and Cloud XD I love them though =P)
So without further ado, I give you...
Which are,
Cocktails
Chocolate
Candy
Cake

So let's start with cocktails (including wine, beer and other spirits =P).

Mai-Tai, Pink Slipper (which actually tasted like crap), Japanese slipper (with Midori in it, mmmm) and I forgot what was the last one =P
Cocktails are an art in their own. Blending, floating, shaking, muddling, flaming (dangerous technique o.O), all these techniques and lots more need to be mastered and precision as well as speed is essential for a bartender. Knowing what sort of cocktail to drink and in what order is important as well. Whether the person ate or not matters too.
There is such a large variety of these drinks, from straight shots to frozen daiquiris. Different flavours and textures, from the bitter martini varieties to the sweet Angel's Tip (or Angel's Kiss) to the exciting Tequilla Straight and Tequilla Slammer. I'd sure love to try them all Y_Y

Traffic light, courtesy sis and I (mostly sis though). Enjoying this now as I type this.

Tolberone something lol
Of course, I love my wine and beer as well.

Wine, can't remember which one it was, but it was gooood. Could've been Carbenet Sauvignon =D
Unfortunately, alcohol is expensive and there is a fine line where it is a medicine or a poison to us. Moderation is key =)

When I grow up, I want a bar as big as or bigger than this. Piano bars please.
Also, don't drink and drive please =(
Next, is chocolate. *hearts*

Max Brenner Chocolate!!!
I admit it, I'm a chocoholic. When I received chocolates for my birthday, I finished the whole box in 2 days =___="" I would show you my chocolate and candy stash, if I didn't finish them so quickly.
Chocolate is beneficial for you, in moderation. When you eat chocolate, you release endorphines (the happy hormones! or aka the love hormones lol) and you boost your brain power.
Someone buy me chocolate, please? My supply is depleting again =P

Watermelon lollypop, courtesy of Gabriel Lu.
Need I say more? No wonder one of my favourite stores in Perth city is Ye Olde Lolly Shop (rivalled only with Borders, EB Games and Game Traders).
Lollypops, ice-cream (considered both candy and dessert to me), milk sweets, honeyed nuts, gobstones, mints, Japanese wagashi (esp konpeito (familiar to many who've watched Spirited Away, but that's not how I discovered them =D)), toffee (which I used to make when I was young for friends), rock candy, peppermint sticks... the list is endless!

Strawberry sundae ala Gelare!!
Just don't give me those evil gummies or liquorice.

And now, cake!!!!! And dessert in general.

Chocolate Fudge cake
Cakes and desserts are my life! If I could only have one course in each meal, I would choose desserts.
Which is why Toshi Yoroizuka is my favourite patissier. He values taste over design (cos who would want something that only looks good but doesn't taste nice?), knows exactly what he wants when making the desserts, remembers everything he has tasted, knows what women want, is highly dedicated to his profession and art, has beaten a world class patissier in a duel and... is humble =D How many patissiers like that can you find in this world?

Yummy macaroons
And lastly, coffee.

What's left of this afternoon's coffee
The delicious and rich aroma of coffee. Mmmm. Like wine and cocktails, coffee is an acquired taste, and is considered to have an "adult taste". From the home-brewed strong macchiato to the new ice-blended coffees to the chocolatey mocha, coffee, like cocktails and alcohol has a wide variety. From the light cinnamon roasts to the dark French and Italian roasts, there really is something for everyone.
Hehe, can't deny that coffee makes me "happy" when I drink it (as opposed to cocktails or tea, which make me feel relaxed), so watch out people XD.
So yes, my 5 loves and in my opinion, the 5 kings (or queens) of indulgence. Wish I had more money to enjoy them though, or the fact that too much of those are not so bad for my health =(
So... drinks anyone? 8D
